Mango Jam


  • 4.5 Cups Mangoes (crushed)
  • 8.5 Cups Sugar
  • 2.5 TB Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. (1/3 Cup) Pacific Pectin Mix


  1. Peel, remove seeds, and crush mangoes.
  2. Place crushed mangoes in pot and add lemon juice.
  3. Slowly stir in Pacific Pectin Mix.
  4. Heat mixture to boiling and slowly stir in sugar.
  5. Bring mixture to a boil and continue boiling for 1 minute.
  6. Remove mixture from heat. Let set for 30 seconds.
  7. Skim foam and pour into jars. Invert for 1 minute, then turn upright and let cool.
