Do you ship to other countries?

Yes we do. For all orders shipping outside the United States you will need to either email or call us directly with your order.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, but not through the website. If you need expedited shipping, please call us directly with your order so we can give you transit times and shipping costs:  877-886-5151 If you are calling after hours, please leave a message or email us at support@pacificpectin.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take before my order will ship?

We try to ship as fast as possible, typically within one day depending when the order is received.

We are located in California and ship via FedEx and UPS ground to most locations. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box so please use your physical address when ordering. (See below for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska etc. and International location.)

Why do some products offer free shipping and others don’t?

We offer free shipping on our exclusive Pacific Pectin “Signature Pectin Blends” when shipped within the United States.

Why is the website telling me my address is wrong or not working?

We ship via FedEx and UPS when shipping to most states, (see below for exceptions) therefore we need a physical address not a PO Box. If you are located in; Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands you will need to either email or call us directly to place your order.
