Are you shipping outside the United States?
For all orders shipping outside the United States you will need to either email or call us directly with your order.
For our international customers, we offer discounted shipping on all our “Signature Pectin Blends”.
Are you shipping to a P.O. Box?
We ship via UPS. UPS requires a physical address.
Is your payment not going through?
To combat fraud, we check the exact billing address that you enter against that on your credit card. Make sure your “Billing address” matches the address on the credit card you are using.
