This pectin does an excellent job on all my sugar free jams & jellies. Using a combination of stevia & agave, I cam transform many of my recipes to sugar-free. I have used common brands of pectin for years and always had a poor success rate with very low or no sugar jams. I just couldn’t get them to set right on a consistent basis. Pacific Pectin’s LM-0 is the best pectin I have ever used. My no sugar jams are setting up like they should consistently. I’m amazed at the difference between Pacific Pectin and the national brands I have used in the past. I will never go back to the old brands.
