HMA-100 Gummy Pectin is an extra slow setting, ready-to-use, amidated pectin blend. Formulated for slab candy, gummies and edible applications.

Amidated pectin provides lower setting temperatures and a higher cooking pH. Please note, the process of amidation is not considered organic compliant.
