I use Potassium Sorbate in dairy drinks, juice drinks, baking, syrups, etc. and it works brilliantly. Potassium Sorbate has been compared to table salt in toxicity (meaning it is very safe), and has been used for many years in many food and drink applications with minimal allergic reactions compared to the alternatives out there. Simply dissolve in water and use in any recipe!
