We gladly accept returns under the right conditions to ensure every product that re-enters our warehouse meets the same high standards we hold for every shipment we send out.

Get Approval First

Before sending anything back, please contact our team for approval. This helps us plan for your return and keep everything running smoothly.

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.

Product Eligibility

We can only accept returns for products that are:

  • In original, sealed packaging
  • Clean and in good condition
  • Properly stored and handled throughout their time with you

Please note: Custom blends and certain specialty products are not eligible for return.

Important for Pallet (LTL) Returns

If you’re returning a pallet shipment, it’s critical that it’s wrapped and prepared for transport in a way that ensures it will arrive back at our facility in good condition. Poorly wrapped or unsecured pallets that arrive damaged, dirty, or otherwise compromised will be rejected to protect the integrity of our warehouse and the products we provide.

When We Can’t Accept a Return

We won’t be able to take back products that are:

  • Visibly dirty, damaged, or contaminated
  • Missing original packaging or labels
  • Improperly stored or showing signs of pest exposure or other safety risks

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Any product that doesn’t meet our standards will be safely discarded.

Include Documentation

When you send a return, please include:

  • The reason for return
  • How the product was stored
  • Any relevant paperwork for our records

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

A 7.5% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns to help offset inspection, handling, and administrative costs. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

When Fees Don’t Apply

If we made an error with your order—such as sending the wrong product or an incorrect blend—rest assured that return shipping and restocking fees will not apply. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
