    I have used common brands of pectin for years and always had a poor success rate with very low or no sugar jams. I just couldn’t get them to set right on a consistent basis. Pacific Pectin’s LM-0 is the best pectin I have ever used. My no sugar jams are setting up like they should consistently. I’m amazed at the difference between Pacific Pectin and the national brands I have used in the past. I will never go back to the old brands.

Since we make items like Bananas Foster jam, Pina colada jam, and Root beer Jelly we need a lot of tools in our box to produce a great tasting product with the lowest sugar content possible. The LMO pectin is one of the best items in my arsenal. We even made a Artesian Water jelly (with a twist of lemon)safely with the LMO. Rapid shipping and a consistent product are big plusses as well.
