Pacific Food Grade Antifoam

Pacific Food Grade Antifoam is a silicone-based, food-grade agent used to suppress foam during food processing, especially in jam and jelly production. It is more effective than butter or oil and will not cause rancidity. This product is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and Kosher certified.

For Best Results

  • Use 1–2 drops per 5 pounds of total batch weight
  • Add at the beginning of the cooking process
  • For larger batches, 1 teaspoon ≈ 60 drops
  • Shake well before use
