Blueberry Jam

Instructions

1. Place fruit in pot
2. Stir Pacific Pectin Mix into fruit. Stir about 1 minute.
3. Heat to boiling and add sugar in 2 parts.
4. Boil for 3 minutes while stirring.
5. Remove from heat and let stand for 30 seconds.
6. Skim and pour into jars.
7. Invert jars for 3 minutes, then turn upright and let cool.
