For Best Results
- Recommended Usage for Gummies: 1-2% of total batch weight
- Recommended Usage for Jams: 1% of total batch weight
- If your jam product sets too hard, drop your usage to ½%
- Dry blend four parts sugar to one part pectin for proper dispersing
Ingredients: Pectin, Sucrose (Dextrose option available upon request)

I have a startup in Ecuador, South America and use the slow set pectin to make tamarillo, guava and berry jellies. This pectin is the best I’ve found in the market worldwide because gives a great consistency, allows bubbles to leave the mix, forms a perfect gel on the right pH range.
