Cranberry Jam/Sauce

Cranberry Jam/Sauce


  • 1 ½ Cups Cranberries finely chopped
  • 1 ½ Cups Strawberries
  • 3 12/2 Cups Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Pacific Pectin Mix


  1. Add prepared cranberries and water to 6 quart pot.
  2. Bring to medium boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Add Pacific Pectin Mix and boil for 30 seconds more, stirring constantly.
  4. Continue stirring and add ½ of the sugar.
  5. Bring back to a near boil and add remaining sugar.
  6. Bring back to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. You may pour mixture into bowls for use as a sauce.
  9. Allow mixture to cool for 15 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap.
  10. Once sauce is at or near room temperature, refrigerate until use.
